Pear n Yellow Roses

This was one of those painting things that happen. I did the pear first off and it was one wash of one of the yellows in my yellow/purple palette and a touch of something else that was there from a previous session and I just love the way it came out. That was yesterday. And today I spent hours trying to duplicate it. Too much water, too little water....
Watercolor is so good when it's unmessed with. I will probably try and do a wash like that again and again for a real long time. "Pear and Yellow Roses", 5x4 inches on watercolor paper, POR
