I've decided to revive a project that I started in '03 of miniature portraits. My intention is to get enough portraits of fellow artists for a museum show. I was learning to do portraiture (regular size) when my shoulder started hurting (rotator cuffe) and that led me to doing small paintings. I have to credit Barbara Bachner for getting back; met her at her open studio in Manhattan last week and she reminded me that I had asked her to do her portrait in '03 and she was still waiting!
