I tried a different composition. I tried one that reads left to right but it feels a little awkward to me. Maybe it's cause I'm not used to setting up my objects like this. Any comments? "Blue Vase and Silver Creamer" 4x3 on R-Tis-Tx board, POR
Joyce, this is beautiful. The color combination alone draws you in. This looks like you are becoming much more comfortable with watercolors ... don't you think?
Thank you both. I've been questioning myself whether this works as well as some of the others. It's funny even when you are pretty sure you hit it there are still questions.

Joyce, that is truly lovely...my favorite of the series so far. It is loose and delicate...everything a watercolor should be. Wow!

I love it. May I invoke the name of Charles Reid here? Loose and lovely!
Yes Mary! Thanks. I was just at B&N looking at watercolor books and being inspired by Reid and Mel Stabin. they're so great aren't they?
