Show in Tokyo

So here's the scoop on my show in Tokyo. It's in the Keio Gallery which is in the Keio Department store. (Galleries are usually located in large multi- storied department stores where they get their own floor. It is in the Shinyuku section of Tokyo which is very busy part of the city.
The best part is that I'm included with some painters that I have admired for a very long time; Daniel Gerhartz and Marilyn Samandle. It opens next month so keep your fingers crossed for me!

Too Excited to Paint

Just got final word that I'll be having a two person show in Tokyo next month!! So yes that inspires me to paint but I think I reached a point of being too excited.

Overturned Vase

I tried a new paper today: Bristol. Seems to take the paint quite well. Paint moves nicely and picks up easily. I read about it in American Artist Watercolor issue. (Great magazine by the way.) Anybody else use it? Comments?
