I've been mixing red and green together for over 10 years and it never ceases to amaze me. It's usually Winsor Newton's Winsor Red Deep and their Permanent Green Light with a touch of white. Good tip about the white. I'll never forget the time I set up in Sanibel, ready to paint, hubby reading on a beach chair, but I forgot my white :( No way you can work without it.
